Privacy notice
We advise businesses on the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, so we hold ourselves to it. This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, and how you can control it.
Who we are
DPDP Impact is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@dpdpimpact.com.
What we collect, and why
| When you… | We collect | We use it to |
|---|---|---|
| Take the readiness check | Name, company, sector, company size, work email, phone (optional), and your answers and score | Show and email your readiness report, and contact you about it |
| Request a scoping call | Name, company, work email, phone (optional), sector, and your message | Respond to your request and arrange the call |
We collect this data only with your consent, given by ticking the box on each form. We do not use it for any other purpose, sell it, or share it for marketing.
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics, and our fonts are served from our own site rather than a third-party service.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
- Google (Google Sheets and Gmail) stores form submissions and sends our emails. Google may store data on servers outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep readiness-check and contact-form submissions for 12 months from the date you submit them, then delete them automatically — unless you become a client, in which case our engagement terms apply.
How we protect it
Access to submissions is limited to our team, accounts are protected with two-step verification, and the website is served only over encrypted connections.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- withdraw your consent at any time — as easily as you gave it;
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your data;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf;
- raise a grievance with us, and, if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these, email hello@dpdpimpact.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it. We will respond within the time limits set by the DPDP Rules, 2025.
